If you are looking into starting a dog food business, a Jemelli franchise might be right for you! Our business model enables you to work from anywhere on your own schedule. Best of all, the only main requirement you need to get started is a freezer to store inventory. We made our startup costs reasonable -- our franchise fee is less than $25,000—which means if you have a passion for dogs and improving their quality of life, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our training and support prepare you for all the operations of your business, specifically selling the product to the right demographic in your territory. Find out what the steps are to starting a dog food business with a Jemelli franchise:
A franchisor is only as successful as its franchisee, which means we need to be a good fit for each other. Although our startup costs are lower than other opportunities out there, that doesn’t mean that we are the right opportunity for everyone. Our franchisees can come from all different walks of life, whether you’re a single parent looking to make some more money, a stay at home parent who wants to find a flexible career, a part-time worker trying to find a job where you can work for yourself, or a corporate employee looking to become a business owner. We are looking for people who are passionate about helping dogs, interested in promoting healthy eating, or starting a new career for themselves.
When you reach out to us, we will have a conversation to learn more about each other. If we determine that you are a good fit – and if you determine that we are a good fit – then you can request our franchise disclosure document (FDD) to look over before you sign the franchise agreement.
The FDD is an important legal document that all franchisors are required to provide prospective franchisees. Once you reach out to us and request the FDD, you will have 14 days to thoroughly read through it and determine if you want to invest in a franchise. We made sure our FDD was thoroughly filled out, so you have the resources to make an informed decision. The FDD breaks down the investment, your role as a franchisee, our policies and procedures, and any restrictions that come with owning a Jemelli franchise. It will also define your territory where you will have 400,000 homes with large demographic of dog owners.
After the 14 days, you will be asked to sign the franchise agreement if you wish to proceed with a Jemelli franchise. Once you sign the franchise agreement, you are officially a Jemelli franchise owner and well on your way to starting a dog food business with us!
When you sign the franchise agreement, you will also have to pay the franchise fee to begin your journey to opening your franchise. Our fee is lower than a lot of other opportunities out there, which allows for a wide array of people to invest in our franchise opportunity. Once you pay the fee, you can then proceed to our training program.
Our training program covers everything you need to know about selling our dog food to your target demographic. You will fly out to headquarters in Miami, Florida, to learn everything there is to know about the Jemelli business model, operations, and products. All of the superfood we sell is made at the Jemelli headquarters, so your primary operations focus on selling and shipping the products to your customers.
